# FOREST RANGE OFFICER :
Forest Range Officer is a Gazetted officer. They wear a prescribed khaki uniform which has 3 three (five pointed) stars on shoulder without any stripes.
FRO (Forest Range Officer) is a uniformed police officer responsible for forest conservation. Their role is equivalent to that of Tahsildar or circle officers in the administrative domain and they hold the rank of Deputy superintendent of police( DSP ) with three stars but no stripes.
EDUCATION :
Masters degree(PG DIPLOMA IN FOREST ADMINISTRATION )
Bachelor's degree(B.TECH - IIIT).
He is HIGHLY INTELLECTUAL . He got 105/150 marks(he is in the top 100 persons who got above 100 marks in the preliminary exam ) in TSPSC GROUP 1 PRELIMS 2022 and shortlisted for MAINS EXAM but exam was cancelled due to paper leak. And 2nd time he got 95/105 but this time also high court ruled to cancel the exam again and asked the govt and TSPSC to recondut the exam. He got top marks in both the prelims exams ,so this shows his ability to get selected as a GROUP 1 OFFICER (Dy.collector / DSP) . He is also preparing for CIVIL SERVICES.
Soon he should definitely get the GROUP1 service and also civil services (IAS/IPS)

Based on the FINANCIAL STATUS in the society, Nethekanis are classified as Other Backward Class (OBC) in northern parts of India(especially in MAHARASHTRA , M.P ,CG , GJ) and scheduled caste (SC) in TELANGANA , AP ,KARNATAKA .
NETHAKANI COMMUNITY : Nethakani, also known as Netkani,As Nethkani in Maharashtra,In the state of Telangana it is known as nethakaani. They are a Maratha and Telugu caste of cotton weavers / HANDLOOMS .
These people were migrated from Maharashtra and spread over middle India, Northern and southern parts of India. In Maharashtra Nethakanis are known as Netkani .Traditionally they have been associated with the occupation of weaving (netha neyuta means weaving in Telugu).
According to Bhadravathi Kalyana Natakamu, a folk-drama which has been published, the Nethakani are one among the four sections of Padmasaliyulu who are the sons of Bhavana Rushi. The four sections mentioned in this drama are Padmiyulu, Padmasakhiyulu, Padmasalikulu and Padmapulindulu.
Padma-pulindulu was the Original Name of the Nethakani. From Padmapulindulu, the name became Chenethakanivaru, which in course of time changed to the present form, Nethakani. Nethakani people main occupation is handloom . Most of the people related to this caste are located in the northern region of Telangana .They speak Marathi in Maharashtra & Adilabad bordering MH.
